Family/Fine Dining Restaurant Program

The typical program structure is designed for family and fine dinning restaurants.

Property coverage available in broad, basic, or special form.
Liquor Liability Coverage
Property coverage includes, building contents, business income, equipment
breakdown, outside signs, computer equipment, food spoilage, crime, and more
General Liability coverage rated in seating capacity/revenues includes assault and battery, garage keepers and more

Exceptions

Restaurants with liquor receipts greater than 50%
Bars/Taverns, Bottle clubs, nightclubs or private clubs (risks are eligble for our bar/tavern program)
Risks with playgrounds or playrooms
Pool halls or billiard parlors
Most fast-food establishments

Bar & Tavern Program

The typical program structure is designed for bar/taverns with up to 70% total liquor sales.

Property coverage available in broad, basic, or special form.
Liquor Liability Coverage
Property coverage includes, building contents, business income, equipment breakdown, outside signs, computer equipment, food spoilage, crime, and more
General Liability coverage rated in seating capacity/revenues includes assault and battery, garage keepers and more

Eligible Classes

Taverns, Local Bars, Sports Bars, Pubs
50% to 70% liquor sales
Light entertainment – max 3 nights a week

Exceptions

Adult Entertainment
Bottle clubs, nightclubs or private clubs
Pool halls or billiard parlors

Entertainment Program

Specialized program for nightclubs, bars, live music clubs, piano bars, comedy clubs, adult entertainment clubs and live music venues.
